Responsibilities:

• Lead a project team of 45 associates to deliver highquality component solutions for desktops middleware and server platforms.
• Develop effective defectfree source code that meets business requirements and team standards.
• Propose technical alternatives for solving complex problems of data connectivity including query execution optimization caching and reliability.
• Develop unit test cases to verify code.
• Collaborate closely with team members Product Owners/Managers and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with standards.
• Mentor junior engineers joining the team.
• Write design documentation and specifications as required.
• Propose improvements to the code structure testing process and overall design to solve complex issues across multiple products.
• Identify changes that make the system(s) more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance costs.
• Perform any other work/responsibility as assigned by the manager.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor s/master s degree in computer science engineering or a related field from a reputed institute is required.
• Possess 810 years of handson development experience.
