Job Description


  • Identify and target potential customers within the masterbatch industry including plastic manufacturers converters and compounders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs provide product information and offer solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop pricing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Promote and demonstrate the benefits and features of masterbatch products to prospective customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product applications formulations and customization options.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and R&D departments to address customer inquiries and ensure product suitability.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts budgets and reports on sales activities pipeline status and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions customer interactions and order details in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics such as conversion rates and sales growth to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies.
