Business Development Associate

Mode: Remote
Working Time: FullTime (11 AM to 6 PM)

Job Description:
Guide O Buzz is seeking ambitious and dynamic Business Development Associates to join our
growing team. This fulltime remote position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to
play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of our company. If you are passionate about
business growth and have a knack for identifying opportunities we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential markets and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch services to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities and results.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
