Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach: Engage in outbound calls to prospective parents introducing our diverse programs and providing insight into the range of services we offer.
- Inquiry Management: Skillfully address inquiries from potential parents regarding the admission process curriculum and other facets of our esteemed preschool and daycare facilities.
- Tour Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for center tours and diligently follow up with parents to confirm their attendance.
- PostTour Followup: After the tour or appointment promptly follow up with prospective parents to respond to additional queries and offer any necessary support.
- Meticulous RecordKeeping: Maintain precise records of all calls inquiries appointments and admissions ensuring that all data is accurately entered into the relevant systems.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the admissions team regarding the efficacy of marketing strategies outreach initiatives and the overall admissions process.
- Diverse Support: Collaborate with the operations team on various tasks as the need arises.
- Build Relationships: Foster and sustain positive relationships with parents to effectively communicate changes to programs and schedules and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Psychology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in admissions or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of preschool and daycare programs and services.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational acumen with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills particularly in establishing rapport with families.
- Possess a friendly and welcoming personality that leaves a positive first impression.
