About the Role

Were on the lookout for a dynamic Training Manager to lead the charge inuplifting our sales and aftersales teams.

• Develop and manage targeted sales and aftersales training programs.
• Deliver courses on branding EV features effective sales process and sales techniques customer experience customer retention etc.
• Collaborate across departments to swiftly address training needs.
• Improve the aftersales training system and related processes.
• Create impactful training materials including presentations and elearning modules.
• Monitor and refine training programs for optimal effectiveness.
• Perform other ad hocduties as assigned.
  

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Training Manager in the EV or automotive sector.
• Expertise in sales training branding and product knowledge.
• Rich experience in automotive aftersales work and familiar with the job responsibilities of various aftersales positions.
• Proficient in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Leadership capabilities for guiding a team.
• Analytical mindset for assessing training program impact.
• Adaptability to a dynamic fastpaced industry.
• Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering Business Marketing Education or related field.
