About the job

We are looking for a Backend tech lead who will report directly to our Chief Technology Officer JeanMarc.

Your missions

Own the backend software architecture and cloud hosting infrastructure design.

Manage junior developers and/or external service providers collaborating on the backend technical stack. Produce some high quality code and ensure the whole backend team produces good quality code as well.

You will be interacting with a fully distributed multicultural multilingual remote first engineering team and a product organisation based in Paris.

• You have a Masters degree in software engineering or equivalent (M2)
• You have prior experience with design of complex Software hosted in the cloud
• You are proficient in Java/Spring and SQL
• You can speak english fluently
• You are dynamic and a team player
• Curiosity openmindedness autonomy and rigor are part of your core values
