Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient individual to join our clients team in Cluj a leading production company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle technical enquiries for the entire portfolio and technical RFQs;
- Build and send offers (quotations) based on customer requests;
- Track offers to customers on behalf of Salespersons;
- Provide technical service assistance for application problems;
- Generate leads for sales force;
- Provide internal feedback regarding customer concerns;
- Maintain and develop full knowledge of product portfolio;
- Train and support Customer Service employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering/technical field Mechanical Electrical or Engineering technology
- Proficient in English and Italian (minimum B2).
- Initiative and curiosity; willingness to learn and evolve.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a technical role (technical sales/engineering).
