Business Development Manager

Essential Job Functions Analyzes ,logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters ofsignificance pertaining to networking connectivity issues,printers, servers, and applications to meet businessneeds. Coordinateshardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure work isproperly performed according to company policy. Recommendsresolution to complex matters of significance and coordinates theimplementation of the approved course ofaction. Coordinatesand monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common systemproblems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements asapproved. Overseesthe installation of client department-specific applications andsystems. Ensures installations are according to appropriateoperating procedures; determines revisions or updates toinstallation asneeded. Coordinatestesting, upgrades and configuration of system files and services. Ensures changes are according to appropriate operating procedures;recommends revisions or changes based upon results. Prepares forand prescribes approaches to possible downstreamimplications. Utilizesstandard corporate tools to record change and problem activitiesfor trackingpurposes Qualifications: 6-10years of experience as a Linux/Unix Systems Admin.
