Job Scope:

Develop Maintenance Strategies: Design and implement maintenance programs and schedules to optimize equipment reliability and performance.

Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance technicians for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Project Management: Lead and oversee maintenance projects including upgrades installations and modifications.

Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage maintenance budgets ensuring costeffective utilization of resources.

Training and Development: Train and mentor maintenance staff on new equipment technologies and maintenance best practices.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and company policies in all maintenance activities.
