Job Description

The role:

A Compliance Systems Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing compliancerelated activities within an organization ensuring that the club adheres to all regulatory legal and internal standards. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to implement and maintain systems and conduct audits compliance matters.

Daytoday will include:

  • Coordinate all administrative aspects of member transfers including documentation and the actual transfer process.
  • Ensure that all transfers adhere to the transfer policy including but not limited to member usage PT pack expiry dates and PT transfer blocks.
  • Act as a liaison between both the home club and new club
  • Communicate transfer policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders within the club.
  • Conduct audits of transfer activities to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
  • Communicate to relevant stakeholders including franchisee the audit reports as necessary.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to any club transfer issues and violations
  • Conduct monitoring reporting and escalation of transfer issues investigate and escalate to key stakeholders if required
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct other compliance audit and reviews required by RCM


Stakeholder Management

Manage strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders

Build and maintain strong relationships with the Franchisees

Assist the Regional Compliance Manager in developing strategies and processes throughout the business to improve performance as required

Collaborate with other departments on best practices and new policies


Experience & About You:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transfers and maintain detailed records.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with a myriad of stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all transfer aspects comply with regulations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word PowerPoint Teams and advanced Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving ability
  • High personal and professional standards of work
