Although its always casual Friday at both our Norwegian and Indian offices dont let the tshirts and sneakers fool you were serious about serving our customers. Were supplying the data gamers need to determine the games theyll purchase and play.

A Bit About You:

Gameopedia is seeking a passionate and experienced Release Manager to join our team in shaping the future of the gaming industry. As a leading online platform for gamers and businesses we are dedicated to creating lifechanging experiences by empowering players and connecting them with the games and opportunities they love.

In this role you will:

• Manage Release Cycles: Develop and manage the release schedule ensuring timely and smooth delivery of software updates and new features.
• Coordinate CrossFunctional Agile Teams: Work closely with engineering product management QA and operations to ensure the execution of the agile practice in the delivery teams such as standups retrospective and release planning.
• Implement Release Processes: Establish and enforce release processes and policies to ensure consistency and quality across all releases.
• Facilitate Communication: Act as a central point of contact for all releaserelated communications ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have 7 years of experience in Release Management with a proven track record of delivering at scale in a productbased company and startups.
• Possess the ability to think big but at the same time break problems down into smaller components and buildtoward highlevel roadmaps.
• Have strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• Have excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.
• Thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Advanced experience with GitHub Actions Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
• Experience with AWS.
