As the team is transitioning to the use of Adobe Campaign Classic were especially looking for Experts who can help us to migrate existing permanent campaigns and create new ones using the new way of working.

Your job:

• Based on existing campaigns (SQL code) you create complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign.
• Next to migration of the campaigns you strive to improve the workflows to make them more efficient and where possible to have more personalized approach for client.
• You work together with colleagues in order to better understand the existing campaigns/best practices.
• You work carefully and with an eye for detail since the result of your work is delivered directly to clients
• You are responsible for your own workload and planning in collaboration with your team manager.
• You are fully aware of current Marketing strategies in order to codevelop with the business (customer journeys next best offer contact strategies )
• You share your expertise with other colleagues in the team to support the transition and learning of the Adobe Campaign

You are proud of the knowledge and experience you have built up professionally. These skills are indispensable for this role:

• You have several years of experience with Adobe Campaign and have built workflows to setup campaigns.
• Knowledge of the programming language SQL in order to comprehend our current way of working is a must.
• You are proactive towards your colleagues and other stakeholders to get input and work in a structured way
• You have a good knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French as these are the languages most used during the daytoday.
