Senior Clinical Research Asociate

TFS HealthScience is excited to be expanding our Strategic Resourcing Solutions (SRS) team and we are looking for an experienced highly motivated Clinical Research Associate who shares our vision of providing clinical research excellence.

We are a leading global midsize Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey.

Job Title: Senior CRA

Location: Homebased in Poland

Position Type: Contract (0.71.0 FTE) ideal for freelancers

Overview:

• Contract Type: 0.71.0 FTE (Freelancer)
• Duration: Contract position dedicated to one of our prestigious pharmaceutical clients
• Including: Conducting SQVs (Site Qualification Visits) within the specified period

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain essential documentation in compliance with ICHGCP TFS procedural documents and local regulations.
• Actively participate in local study team meetings and contribute to the selection of potential investigators.
• Train support and advise investigators and site staff in studyrelated matters.
• Initiate monitor and close study sites in compliance with TFS procedural documents.
• Manage study supplies and oversee data query resolution by the site.
• Prepare for activities associated with audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferably in life science or nursing; or equivalent.
• Previous experience as CRA including relevant independent onsite monitoring.
• Study experience in Oncology Cardiovascular Renal and Metabolism Respiratory or Immunology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to the possibility of national travel.
