Job Description

For an Architect based company in Kuwait

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads for commercial projects and government tenders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial lead through contract signature.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development negotiation and contract closure.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities client interactions and status updates in the system provided by the concerned person.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. *Basic understanding of the field and capable of communicating certain technical subjects in that field.
  • Understanding in city laws and legal processes and restrictions.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the commercial and government tendering process:

Supplementary Qualifications:

  • Ability to draft a contract and collect information from potential clients.
