Procurement and Logistics Officer - Beyond Lighting

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Procurement and Logistics Officer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our companys overall procurement strategy and logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services essential for our business operations.

*Responsibilities:*

Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative costeffective and aligned with company objectives.

Source suppliers and negotiate contracts and prices to achieve the best value for the company.

Maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier performance addressing any issues or discrepancies as they arise.

Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including production finance and sales teams to forecast demand and create purchase plans.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations and laws.

Evaluate and optimize procurement and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities cost savings and supplier performance.

*Requirements:*

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.

Proven experience as a Procurement Officer Purchasing Agent or similar role

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
