Job Description:

As a Creative Graphic Designer at Your Company Name you will be responsible for developing engaging and onbrand graphics for a variety of media. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create new design ideas social media posts and other creative assets that capture our brands essence and communicate our message effectively.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print media including social media posts website graphics email templates advertisements brochures and more.

Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet brand guidelines and project objectives.

Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design projects.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

Edit and refine designs based on feedback from team members.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and a variety of projects.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Excellent understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

Ability to take constructive feedback and make improvements to designs.

Degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g. After Effects Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
