IT Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Consultant with strong SQL skills comprehensive knowledge of APIs and general IT expertise. The ideal candidate will also have a background in accounting which is considered a valuable bonus.

Responsibilities:

SQL Management: Develop manage and optimize SQL databases and queries to support various business functions.

API Integration: Design implement and maintain API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the companys IT infrastructure including hardware software and networks.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff troubleshoot IT issues and ensure the highest level of operational efficiency.

Project Management: Lead IT projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect data and IT systems from potential threats.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all IT operations comply with industry standards and regulations and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an IT consultant or similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and database management.

Strong understanding of APIs and their integration.

General IT skills including hardware software and network management.

Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is a plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant IT fields.

Experience in managing IT in an accounting environment.
