David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard Arabspeaking Advertisers Support for their Lisbon office.

Position: Advertisers Support

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing support to Content Creators/Influencersacross Social Media (Instagram) regarding SubscriptionManagement Account Management TechnicalTroubleshooting and the use of Marketing tools.
• Conducting outbound phone calls as necessary to ensurecustomers understand the information being provided.
• Offering product and tool support to enhance clientsexperience.
• Identifying trends and resolving issues encountered bymultiple SMB clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Arabic (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs)across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone(Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highlyrecommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved ina timely manner) both in Arabic and English;
