David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard Arabspeaking Advertisers Support for their Lisbon office.

Position: Advertisers Support

Location: Lisbon Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing technical support designed in aB2B approach to adapt to our clientsneeds to sustain and expand theirbusinesses.
• Support assistance requests on Facebook
• Family Apps & Advertising Services.
• Customer contacts with challengingquestions/requests by email and chat
• Convert majority of email/chat cases intooutbound calls to offer white glovesupportregarding our services
• Having to:Work with multiple tools andMultitask

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Arabic (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Provide support to small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs)across multiple channels chat (live channel) email and phone(Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highlyrecommended for chat to ensure the query has been solved ina timely manner) both in Arabic and English;
• Provide preand postsales support for all selfserviceproducts;
• Provide product and tool support to improve clientsexperience;
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
