Data Governance And Management Specialist - Plutus21 Capital

As a Data Governance and Management Specialist in Revenue Operations you will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance frameworks policies and procedures. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in data management will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our revenue operations data and supporting datadriven decisionmaking.

What Youll Achieve:

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks policies and procedures to ensure data quality consistency and security.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish data management best practices and standards.
• Monitor and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Define and manage data ownership and stewardship roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries metadata repositories and data lineage documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on data governance policies and best practices.
• Work with IT and data teams to ensure data architecture supports data governance requirements.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure data governance effectiveness and report on data quality improvements.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in data science Information Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in data governance data management or a similar role preferably in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks policies and best practices.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g. SQL Excel data catalog tools).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
