Job Description

As a Vendor and Project Manager in Revenue Operations you will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and managing projects that support our revenue growth initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and optimal vendor performance. Your strong project management skills and business acumen will be essential in driving operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.

What Youll Achieve:

  • Manage relationships with vendors ensuring they meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Lead crossfunctional projects to improve revenue operations from planning through execution and evaluation.
  • Develop project plans timelines and budgets ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing finance and IT to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline vendor management and project workflows.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all vendor and project activities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve vendor management practices and project management processes.


What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management Operations Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and project management preferably in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Scrum MS Project).
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. JIRA Asana Trello).
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
