IT Manager

On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager based in Bucharest Romaniato lead the IT department in delivering topnotch IT solutions and services. The IT Manager will responsible for overseeing the companys technology operations managing IT staff implementing IT projects and ensuring that the companys technology systems are reliable secure and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mentor and manage the IT team to ensure effective performance and career development.
• Develop and implement IT policies procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate and manage IT projects including system upgrades deployments and migrations.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and align IT strategy with business goals.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend solutions that improve business processes and efficiency.
• Create and manage IT budgets ensuring costeffective solutions.
• Oversee the installation configuration maintenance and monitoring of hardware software and network systems.
• Ensure the security of the companys IT infrastructure and data implementing robust security measures.
• Manage cloud and onpremises systems ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Provide highlevel technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
• Oversee the IT helpdesk operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of enduser issues.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with IT service providers and vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
• Oncall availability for emergencies and critical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure networking and system administration.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management exceptional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Indepth understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
