The Network Manager is the person in charge of managing the Punto Pack network in hisWhat responsibilities and objectives will you have
Perform the onboarding of all new points that join the network to ensure its proper
functioning.
Manage incidents during the first weeks of activity of the new points.
Prevent churn increase in your network always trying to optimize the operation of
your points.
Manage network cancellations closing the points functions according to the
process. As well as replenish the point to ensure the satisfaction of the final
customer having a Pack Point in the same area.
Quarterly Account Management of their points through physical visits phone calls
or video calls ensuring a good level of satisfaction of the network.
Comply with the reports established by your Area Manager.
Acquisition of APM points (lockers) in the assigned area in case of seeing potential
or being required by Strategy.
Well what will the requirements be
3 or more years in a position similar to the one offered.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
High CRM handling (Pipedrive Hubspot or Salesforce).
High Office Package handling.Business and communication skills.
Great relationship builder.
Monitoring of established processes and feedback on improvements through the
right channels.
