About the Role

Based in BYDs Sydney office in Macquarie Park this role will support ourCommercial Planning& Logisticsteam in the BYD Headquarter.On offer is a Vehicle Planning & Logistics Specialist positionand your daytoday duties will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinate between BYD Headquarters and the local distributor to establish and manage the monthly planning processes.
  
• Oversee the entire vehicle supply chain to ensure adherence to production schedules and achievement of inventory targets.
  
• Lead monthly review meetings with the distributor to discuss sales forecasts capacity and inventory status.
  
• Collaborate with forwarders to manage shipping schedules efficiently.
• Provide precise daily weekly and monthly reports to the General Manager and key stakeholders at BYD Headquarters.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in the auto industry.
• Strong rapportbuilding skills toward theinternal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail andtime management skills.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload especially during periods of high demand.
• Ability and willingness to take ownership of given tasks.
• Proficient in computer skills specifically in PowerPoint Word and Excel (Pivot table dashboard Xlookupetc.)
• Experience with SAP or other similar ERP systems is highly regarded.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin would be preferred.
