Senior Data Scientist

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for one of the largest numbers of paidsubscribers in Japan.

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Functions

Participate in the entire lifecycle of data science projects from problem definition to solution delivery and maintenance.
Develop test and evaluate data hypotheses methods and models using appropriate techniques and tools.
Collaborate with engineers to implement scalable and robust data pipelines and systems.
Stay updated on the latest research and trends in data science.
Analyze client data and business needs to identify opportunities and propose datadriven solutions.
Communicate and present your findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Lead data science projects as well as provide guidance/mentorship to junior data scientists.

Requirements

Be fluent in English.
Experience in leading a data science team.
Deep experience (preferably industrial experience) in NLP Machine Learning.
Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Applied Mathematics or related fields.
Have at least 5 years of experience in Data Science.
Be proficient in Python and able to work with databases (SQL NoSQL).
Be proficient in writing algorithms/models and knowing when to apply them.
Have excellent problemsolving skills.
Be selfmotivated and eager to learn new technologies and techniques.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Big Data and cloud (AWS Google Cloud Azure).
Familiar with working with Agile process.
Being able to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
