KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.
We are looking for a Product Owner Lead for a a startup on the cusp of innovation developing a product that will transform the industry with mission to create essential solutions that will redefine how people engage with technology. The Product Owner has an important role in connecting users with the Engineer team. You will be in charge of everything about the product since its an idea till it launches in production.
Location: Ho Chi Minh
Functions
Define stakeholder needs and Analyze operation process to provide
solutions/strategies.
Build product roadmap
Set up plan for feature development.
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Translating product managers strategies to tasks for development
Write specifications to help developers implement the product.
Give opinions to improve UI/UX.
Set up UAT in testing verifying bugs/issues.
Monitoring products & tracking new features analyzing what feature need to be improved.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and developing largescale products.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership role including designing endtoend products.
Experience with VPN or Instant Messaging products
Good understanding of VPN or messaging product
Drive architecture and technology decisions for largescale web applications.
Ability to lead products through the complete development lifecycle.
Excellent communication problemsolving and analytical skills.
Able to use mockup software to design UX/UI layout and navigation flows.
Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.
Attention to detail and a neversatisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
Simple approach: always find the simplest solutions
Good English both verbal and written
