Business Analyst

About the Role:

Hey there! Are you a dynamic and organized Business Analyst ready to make an impact Our customer is on the lookout for someone like you to join their IT School department in Brussels. If youre great at connecting with people and love turning needs into reality this might be your next big gig! This is a longterm role with a hybrid work model starting ASAP. You can join us as a freelancer or on a contract basis.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Requirement Gathering: Chat with different schools within the company and process owners to gather and understand their IT needs.
• Needs Analysis: Collect synthesize and model the specific needs of the IT business departments at AG Insurance.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with IT departments to further develop these needs into actionable projects.
• Support: Assist IT teams during development and automation phases to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Communication: Keep all stakeholders updated on project progress.
• Testing & Training: Help with testing/UAT and create user guides or training sessions for deployment.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in IT.
• Tech Skills: 5 to 8 years with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with PowerBi.
• Soft Skills:
  • Great at building relationships and working in a team.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Super organized with strong priority management.
  • Dynamic pragmatic and diplomatic.
  • Problemsolving attitude.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
  • Quick learner.

Bonus Points:

• Extra Skills: Experience in data analytics & quality and familiarity with PowerApps.

Language Skills:

• Essential: Fluent in French or Dutch (preferably both).
• Plus: Fluent in English.
