DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer support to Germanspeaking customers by phone email chat and social media channels
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Closely work with other departments together for example Sales and Marketing
