Affiliate Manager Russian

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Russian speaking Affiliate Managerto join theirteam.

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships with currentAffiliates/IBs
• Maintain/monitor affiliate programs and activities
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues
• Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with theaffiliate program
• Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existingpartners
• Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns oninvestment (ROI)
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spammingor publishing confidential information
• Review sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results orneed to be improved/discontinued
• Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities
• Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materialsfor Affiliates for specific GEO
• Write marketing briefs to develop assets forcampaigns and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliates
• Represent company on international events (exhibitions meetups seminars etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Russian both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• At least 12 yearsexperience in an Affiliate Manager role
• Degree in Marketing Digital Media Media Buying or related field is considered a plus
  
• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
• Knowledge of affiliate networks
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Detailoriented with an ability to multitask
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills (both oral and written) curiousand positive attitude
• Proficiency working withMicrosoft Office package (Excel)
• Ability to travel to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations whenneeded.
