ABAX is seeking a highly motivated Lead Analyst to help build a new team. You will play a key role in establishing a single source of truth enhancing decisionmaking through data analysis and streamlining reporting processes at ABAX.

Some of the other things you will be working on:

• Closely collaborate with the Data Science team in creating a single source of truth for ABAX.

• Support extended core management by formulating the right questions performing analysis and providing datadriven answers.

• Write and present recommendations based on your analysis.

• Build and maintain reports.

• Work with other analysts and leaders to increase data literacy at ABAX.

Essential skills:

• BigQuery

• SQL

• Business intelligence

We believe you have:

• A bachelors or masters degree in economics business or business science.

• Relevant experience as an Analyst Lead Analyst and/or Analytics Manager.

Our hiring process:

1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but early in our process we aim to do an objective screening with recruitment tests from our supplier Master

2. Interviews on Teams and/or in person for a mutual understanding of the benefits of working together

3. Possibly a case when relevant
4. Digital reference check through our supplier RefApp
