Hiire is helping Bauer Media Group hire an HR Operations Specialist for their HR team.

The Rdio operation in Portugal has the DNA of a truly marketleading company with a detailed portfolio designed for various target audiences.

About the role:

As a vital member of our team you will actively contribute to various Peoplerelated initiatives fallingunder the oversight of the People & Culture Manager in Portugal. Your primary goal will be to elevateour HR Operations into a highperforming customercentric service for colleagues and employeesensuring seamless daytoday operational activities.

Your Mission:

    • Payroll support: efficiently handle monthly payroll tasks ensuring accuracy and compliancewith relevant regulations.
    • Support Core HR Operation Functions: Oversee key HR Operations functions with including onboarding & offboarding tracking and reporting employee data records
      maintenance and health & safety.
    • HR Analytics: champion a datadriven approach by leveraging HR analytics with
      preparation of dashboards and regular reports to derive meaningful insights and informstrategic decisions.
    • Streamline Procedures: offer valuable insights to enhance and redefine processes withinthe People Services function focusing on effectiveness and efficiency
    • Manage HR Systems and People Source: Play a pivotal role in the management of HRsystems including People Source ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
    • Participate Actively in Various HR Projects: in a changing environment there will be
      plenty of opportunities to contribute to several initiatives contributing to the continuous.
      improvement and innovation of our HR initiative.

    What do we expect from you

    To excel in this role the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

    • Previous experience of 12 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll tasks would behighly valuable;
    • Knowledge of labor law legal procedures and applicable regulations
    • Ability to utilize data and best practices for critical thinking and recommending solutions;
    • Solutionfocused objectiveoriented analytically inclined and accurate
    • Ability to establish positive relationships with colleagues from different levels and
      communicate effectively;
    • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel;
    • Fluency in English.
