WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CloserStill Media (CSM) islooking for a Sales Development Representative (Telesales)to join the awardwinning Singapore team to support the delivery of our technology event audiences.This is in the lead up to Tech Week Singapore 2024happening 910 October 2024 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

As a Sales Development Representative (Telesales) you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead qualification. Your goal is to create meaningful connections with potential clients and set appointments for our sales team to close deals.

THE ROLE:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct highvolume outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand the needs and challenges of prospects.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • FollowUp: Maintain regular followup with potential clients who have expressed interest but are not yet ready to commit.
  • CRM Management: Accurately and efficiently enter and manage data in the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or necessary files given by your line manager.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and appointments set.

ABOUT YOU:

    • Proven experience in telesales telemarketing or a similar role.
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Positive enthusiastic and selfmotivated with a strong work ethic.

WORK LOCATION:

This role isbased in Singapore at our Tanjong Pagar office.


SALARY:

SGD 2300 per month.
