The Role
ABOUT US: Spencer Recruitment is partnering with a global advisory Edelman Smithfield . We are looking for candidates with previous experience in PR agencies Are you living in Riyadh or considering a relocation If so we have some amazing job opportunities for you. THE ROLE: The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for managing overall account team performance as it relates to client service and quality control on multiple sizable pieces of business. S/he will understand Edelmans various consulting processes/approaches and capabilities including public engagement message workshops master narrative assignments brand engagement and stakeholder mapping exercises and will recommend them appropriately to clients and lead teams on plan implementation. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Basic Qualifications At least five years of relevant experience in Media Corporate Communications and Public Relations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university Ability to manage large projects as well as teams on multiple sizable accounts Understands clients businesses and their missions as well as their key stakeholders: consumers employees investors regulators media vendors partners and other businesses/organizations etc.; able to impart this knowledge to team members Superior written and verbal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others work Familiar with bestpractice integrated PR and Communications tactics and tools and the ability to appropriately recommend them to executivelevel clients and lead the execution of all related projects in house Ability to act as a daily client contact for multiple clients simultaneously and possesses a track record of responsible clientrelated finance management including comprehensive managing within client budgets Able to manage and inspire a team and to make sound judgments on a daily basis knowing when to seek senior counsel.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Significant financial communications agency experience encompassing listed company and transaction advisory Excellent written numerical and analytical skills A demonstrable interest in and knowledge of business and current affairs well versed in the daily business and general news agenda An extensive understanding of financial information and the ability to communicate financial data to a variety of audiences The ability to own and manage client internal and thirdparty stakeholder relationships at multiple levels Organised able to prioritise effectively deliver to deadline and perform under pressure Takes personal responsibility for quality and timeliness of work with keen attention to detail Ability to make sound and balanced judgments on available information Has a developed knowledge of how the media works key players keeping up to date and an established journalist network
