Job Description
- Preparing, negotiating, and drafting contracts (incl. Addenda/Amendments) to the SAP standard Software Licence, Cloud and Maintenance Agreements.
- Reviewing and commenting on deal structures provided by the Account Executives.
- Reviewing, commenting on, negotiating and redrafting Customer’s Software Licence Agreements.
- Ensuring the SAP approval process has been followed.
- Responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
- Supporting other finance functions and acting as a trusted partner to colleagues within Finance and the Sales organisation.
- Being engaged in commercial negotiation, explain the terms of the agreement to the customer and identify risks.
