Job Description: Chief of Staff at Ducati Motor Holding
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support and advice to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Manage and coordinate crossfunctional initiatives and projects to drive company growth and success.
- Act as a key liaison between different departments ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
- Lead and support internal and external communications efforts including presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide oversight and guidance on special projects and company events.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a global or multinational company.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in project management and business operations.
