Air Quality Senior Project Manager Denver Colorado (Hybrid)

About the Job
We are interviewing for a fulltime Air Quality Senior Project Manager for our Denver office. Candidates should have at least 10 years' experience in air quality consulting or a related industry with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience. Team leader experience is also preferred for this role.

Position Overview
We are growing and seeking a senior project manager to join our air quality services team in the Rocky Mountain Region. This role involves providing air quality consulting services to our existing clients within the energy sector and other industries in the region.

Applicants should have experience with most of the following:
Clean Air Act MACT BACT RACT NSPS and GHG regulations
Statelevel air quality regulations in Colorado and other Rocky Mountain states
Emission calculations and associated methods (e.g. ProMax GRI GlyCalc AP42 Calculations GHG calculations)
Emission inventory development in various states
Air quality permitting from true minor source up through major source permitting
Data systems commonly used by Oil and Natural Gas operators (e.g. Intelex ACTS) and proficiency with big data tools and some coding languages (e.g. Power BI SQL Python)
Ability to train other staff

Candidates should excel in managing project tasks scoping and budgeting proposals and effectively communicating with internal and external clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities include:
Developing scope and budget for various air quality projects
Managing and completing projects accurately and on time
Providing quality control review of both personal work and work produced by team members
Effectively communicating information with internal and external customers
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with team members and clients
External promotion of services to potential clients

**Skills**
We are seeking dynamic team members with:
Technical acumen exceptional problemsolving abilities and strong interpersonal skills
Advanced understanding of relevant regulations (e.g. CAA MACT RACT BACT NSPS GHG) and technical competencies
Proficiency in MS Office suite and projectspecific software (e.g. ProMax GRI GlyCalc AERMOD)
Familiarity with engineering concepts such as chemical processes and emissions control technologies
Ability to work across multiple industries and clients within a large industry (e.g. oil and natural gas chemical manufacturers solar and wind building materials)
Experience in data systems used by Oil and Natural Gas operators and proficiency with big data tools and some coding languages (e.g. Power BI SQL Python)

Requirements
B.S. or above in engineering or a related scientific discipline from an accredited college or university
10 years of air quality consulting and 4 years of project management experience
Understanding of engineering concepts related to chemical processes and emissions control technologies
Ability to perform fieldwork and occasional travel (less than 10%)

**Compensation and Benefits**
This role offers a competitive salary with a typical range of $100000 $125000 annually.
