Rebirth Studios emerged from years of experience in the fashion and ecommerce industry fueled by the desire to innovate garment production. Our approach centers on using existing textile resources and a network of verified production partners to enable scalable upcycling production. We aim to bring transparency to upcycling and set a standard for the industry.

Now we are looking for an operational cofounder to take Rebirths operational model to the next level.

Tasks

• Build and enhance the operational model for scalable upcycling production
• Grow and manage the ecosystem of material and production suppliers
• Oversee all operational aspects including production management coordination and process evolution both internally and externally
• Manage partnerships with production and material suppliers
• Shape and refine the longterm strategy of the company
• Build and lead a highperforming team
• Coown the companys P&L driving financial performance and growth
• Collaborate closely with other cofounders on strategic decisions and company direction

Requirements

• Proven track record in business leadership preferably in the fashion ecommerce or sustainability industry
• Strong understanding of operations and business strategy
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to our mission
• Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for innovation
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results
