Junior IT Application Support ERP Specialist mfd

viridiusLAB AG is a testing laboratory company with more than 700 employees at over 37 locations. We have set ourselves the task of redefining the Central European testing laboratory market and are investing in environmental food and pharmaceutical analysis as well as materials testing.

To strengthen our IT team at the Bratislava site we are looking for a

(Junior) IT Application Support / ERP Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• First and second level support: support our central operating applications (D365 Microsoft365 laboratory information management software which is developed in the group of companies) such as: performing initial analyses and solving simple IT problems support and maintenance of ERP and laboratory information management software performing system and software updates etc.).
• Supporting our subsidiaries: Answer software questions by phone ticket system and online appointments.
• Training documents and quality tests: Create training documents and carry out quality tests.
• Process optimisation: Work on the continuous improvement of our system landscape.
• International IT projects: Take an active part in international IT projects.
• Process management: Introduce new processes optimise existing processes and manage interfaces.
• Project management: Take on project responsibility including the management of IT projects for the further development of our systems and processes.

Requirements

• Education: Completed technical business administration or comparable training.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in 1st level support especially in application support.
• Knowledge: Experience with ticket and documentation systems (JIRA Confluence SharePoint) is advantageous.
• Language skills: Excellent knowledge of German or English
• Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel on a projectrelated basis (approx. 5 days per month).
• Personality: Serviceorientated personality with analytical thinking skills.
• Passion: Enthusiasm for IT systems especially ERP and LIMS systems.
