IS Project Manager - Warehouse Management

Location: Hybrid (Lisboa Oriente or Porto 2 days per week in the office)

Tasks

• Lead and manage warehouse management projects from inception to completion
• Oversee the physical relocation of warehouses as needed
• Implement and manage new interfaces linked with the SAP ERP system
• Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
• Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven team environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management specifically in warehouse management and SAP ERP systems
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects across multiple countries
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode with 2 days per week in the office (Lisboa Oriente or Porto)
