Tasks

• Research and identify potential speakers.
• Contact and initiate communication with potential speakers clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of participating in our event.
• Schedule and coordinate calls or meetings with potential speakers to present event details and persuade them to participate.
• Collaborate closely with speakers to understand their expertise objectives and preferences ensuring their content aligns with event themes and objectives.
• Collect and organize speaker data including biographies headshots presentation materials and any other required information.
• Assist speakers in developing and refining their presentations offering guidance and feedback to ensure highquality content.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with selected speakers ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact for speakers providing ongoing support answering queries and addressing any concerns or logistical issues.

Requirements

• Prior experience in organizing conferences summits or similar events.
• Familiarity with various industries and subject matters to identify relevant speakers.
• Experience in dealing with clients and attending to their problems
