Tasks

• Oversee and manage the companys global trademark portfolio
• Conduct trademark searches filings renewals and oppositions
• Develop and implement strategies for trademark protection and enforcement
• Handle trademark disputes oppositions cancellations and litigation
• Provide expert legal advice on trademark issues including clearance usage and infringement
• Advise on branding strategies and ensure trademarks align with business goals

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 8 years of PQE in trademark law
• Proven experience in managing a global trademark portfolio
