Tasks

• Check company policies and procedures for compliance with current regulations
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of policies to ensure ongoing compliance
• Provide recommendations for policy improvements based on regulatory changes
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Identify and address potential compliance risks in contractual agreements
• Provide guidance on necessary amendments to ensure contract compliance
• Write and develop handbooks and policies in accordance with relevant regulations

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
