Talent Acquisition Specialist (F/M/D)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of a growing company Join us as our first Talent Acquisition Specialist and be a key player in building and scaling our team from 15 to over 30 people! Based in Vienna or Berlin with the flexibility to work remotely you will have the unique opportunity to create and refine our recruitment processes from the ground up. You will play a vital role in developing our employer brand and attracting top talent to our dynamic startup. Your contributions to our journey:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and networks to source candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Build and enhance our employer brand showcasing our culture and values to attract the best talent.

What you need to be successful:

• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record of hiring in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
