Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Capitol Bridge Puerto Rico is seeking an on-site Quality Assurance Analyst for our Isabela site located at 699 Industrial Avenue, Isabela PR 00662. Come join our Team! *Please note: This position is contingent upon project award and contract approval. We expect the start date of this opportunity to be mid-July.

Pay Rate: $17.00 p/h

Candidate MUST be able to work on-site and a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (this may vary due to business needs and daylight savings)

About the role:

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for reviewing cases, profiles, and calls in accordance with Critical to Quality tasks outlined by each project and Quality Management. The QA Analyst will provide their feedback of their findings and work closely with Quality Supervisor and Quality Management as well with the Quality Control (QA) teams to meet and exceed customer and in house quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

Help enforce quality assurance standards through different projects.

Meet established metrics by QA Supervisor and QA Management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills.

Communicate audit findings.

Recommend corrective actions based on audit findings.

Compile and analyze data to identify trends.

Help motivate the “quality is everyone’s responsibility” mentality.

Work on continuous improvement events, when needed- “Kaizen.”

Work together with Quality Assurance supervisor and Quality Manager to ensure excellent product delivery.

Perform Inspections, Audits and Testing for QA in Operations.

Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma (preferred but not required)

Experience working in Quality Assurance

2+ years of call center experience (Preferred)

Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
