About Us

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurants Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of various dining outlets at Crowne Plaza Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing All Day Dining, In-Room Dining, Lobby Lounge, and Pool Bar, while also supporting the Pub Manager and Banquet Manager in their daily tasks.

Your day to day

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to enhance food quality and presentation
• Create promotions and activities to drive revenue and guest engagement
• Uphold the IHG and Crowne Plaza brand culture
• Communicate effectively with all Heads of Departments for seamless operations
• Work under pressure and meet qualitative and quantitative targets
• Report to the Hotel Operations Manager and General Manager

• Strong background in restaurant management
• Guest experience-focused with attention to detail
• Ability to implement and promote IHG and Crowne Plaza brand standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results
