Job Description
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field.
Deep knowledge of the foundations and principles of purchase, sale and service contracts.
Ability to analyze contracts and provide legal and business recommendations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate and manage contracts.
Knowledge of legal regulations and laws related to contracts.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with internal and external clients on contract terms.
