Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain their automotive needs and preferences
• Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Provide information on pricing, financing options, and incentives
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory and features
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
