Job Description:

The structural Mig welder will lay out fit and weld fabricated components to create structural forms. Demonstrates proficiency in blueprint reading for accurate layout. Selects appropriate equipment and plans the layout assembly and welding process. Aligns and fits components manually or using overhead or jib cranes. Sets up welding machine and welding gun including assembling/disassembling welding tips liners wire feed and voltage adjustments. Repairs products by dismantling straightening reshaping and reassembling parts. Operates cutting torch and plasma torch for precision cutting. Utilizes small saw and iron machines for cutting coping and notching materials.
