Job Description: Senior Water Resource Engineer Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage water resource engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee design planning and implementation of water and wastewater systems watershed management and transportation systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members.
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate regularly with clients stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes regulations and standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in water resources engineering.
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems design and implementation.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor project team members.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working on largescale water resource projects.
- Previous experience in program and construction management.
- Knowledge of watershed management and floodplain mitigation.
- Familiarity with TxDOT and DBE certification processes.
- Experience in developing comprehensive project plans and reports.
