We are searching for an expert in the field with a proven track record. We are looking for you if you are/have:

Advanced degree in Finance Accounting Business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong expertise in financial forecasting modeling and analysis.
Demonstrated experience with fundraising investor relations and negotiation of deals.
Familiarity with the chemical industry or hightech startups is a plus.
Excellent leadership communication and teambuilding skills.
Experience in a startup or highgrowth environment is highly desirable.
Strong problemsolving skills and a handson approach to financial management.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the companys financial strategy and vision.
Lead financial forecasting budgeting and reporting processes to support strategic decisionmaking.
Oversee fundraising activities including investor relations pitch preparation and negotiation of investment deals.
Manage the companys financial health ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with other executives to set companywide goals and objectives.
Monitor and assess financial trends and risks to ensure the company remains financially healthy and sustainable.
Build and manage a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
